RUSS SANDERS

Well i’m Russ Sanders I not only take photographs I also run this site as well as a few others. I have a disposable camera in my pocket at the moment and i’ll post the results here soon. I have had the camera processed and the results are shown below.

I use old lets call them analogue cameras (film cameras) as I like the way instead of just clicking and deleting or clicking and never looking at the images more than once, you have to compose the image and think about lighting and other bits and bobs as you don’t really know what you are going to get until you have the film developed and scanned.

Film photography also costs money so you are careful with every shot and I also like to use old out of date film which makes the whole process even more hit and miss and some of the film I have in my fridge is over 50 years old so you never know what you are going to get…… I process my own film so you have to learn the best way to develop such unstable film which is the best part of the whole thing.

DISPOSABLE GALLERY – LONDON

These images were taken on a Max Spielmann ‘WOW’ camera and scanned in store. The day wasn’t fantastic as it was grey and dark with the occasional bit of blue sky. I will try and rescan them at a higher resolution to see if I can make the images a little better.
